Staff Associate I

The Columbia University Department of Medicine is seeking a full-time Staff Associate to assist in the conduct of a clinical trial on the effect of exercise vs. exercise guided by blood lactate levels on exercise performance in master athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain documents
• Work on presentation of results and supporting material for scholarly presentations, papers, grant proposals and ongoing research meetings
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment, computers, software programs and research tools in support of the project.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree and four years of experience preferred. Degree in Exercise Science preferred.

Other Requirements: Ability to discuss with and explain to subjects the terms and concepts of exercise science.
