We are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance and Contracts to partner with four business units with combined annual revenues close to $1 billion and more than 3,000 staff. RTI is not a typical non-profit organization; we are a research institute that operates as a project-based professional services business. The SVP will be a strong business partner and key influencer with the senior business leaders of the organization and a key advisor in business financial decisions. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and managing effective investment management practices. RTI is currently undergoing a large-scale ERP implementation and this leader will need to collaborate and champion change across functional teams. With over ninety percent of the revenue portfolio coming from Federal Government contracts, management experience within the government contracting space is critical. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of experience, Master's degree and 16 years of experience, PhD and 12 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for visa employment status.
