Summary: The People Partner Manager role will directly oversee a team of People Partners based at various facilities and support assigned locations by providing front-line response for leaders in the areas of employee relations, performance management, engagement, leaves of absence, training, record tracking, policy interpretation, change management, and other areas within the People Partners department. This position reports to the regional Head of People Partners.

Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to a team of People Partners by creating and maintaining an environment where employees are highly engaged, enjoy a strong sense of purpose, receive regular feedback and skill development, and uphold the Company values.
* Ensure key stakeholder engagement and a high degree of satisfaction in the region.
* Implement the people strategy within the region in alignment with People Business Partners and in close collaboration with the respective Heads of People Partners in North America.
* Ensure best practice sharing within the region and with global peers to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery as well as the employee experience.
* Continually review teams' capabilities and resource levels in line with business demand and as the operating model and technology adoption mature.
* Provide support and coaching to business leaders on employee-related issues.
* Oversee employee relations cases for the assigned region, review corrective actions, partner with Legal as needed, and make recommendations regarding next steps.
* Ensure compliance with various state and federal wage/hour laws, signage, postings, etc.
* Conduct investigations and provide guidance to the team on active investigations in the region.
* Work with facility leaders to drive engagement and support the business with people solutions.
* Support Talent Acquisition activities; strategically manage headcount and temporary staffing needs.
* Participate in unemployment, wage/hour, and EEOC hearings.
* Assist with company-wide harassment and facilitate employee development training programs.
* Prepare and conduct appropriate HRIS audits to ensure data integrity.
* Advise employees and management in the interpretation of human resources policies, programs, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
* Perform tasks and duties of a strategic nature and scope as required.
* Position is full-time and on-site.
* Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or 7+ years of related experience.
* HR Certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SPC) is highly desired.
* 5+ years' experience in providing guidance to leaders, managing transformations, and providing strategic people solutions in a multi-site organization.
* Experience in implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working.
* Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder matrix and influence senior leaders on a range of business and people issues.
* Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and set direction with minimal guidance within the People Strategy framework.
* Resilience to manage change, accept uncertainty, and bounce back from setbacks while keeping the enthusiasm of the team high
* Self-driven, energetic, and have a 'can do' mindset.
* Ability to communicate and influence with empathy and assertiveness, strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Accountable for taking personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures while also holding the team accountable by establishing clear responsibilities and expectations.
* Industry-related experience is preferred.
* Spanish fluency, Creole, French, or Nepali is highly preferred.

Pay Range:

$100,000-$110,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
