What You Will Do:



  • Operational Accounting Processes: Manage essential accounting processes, including recording equipment sales, processing settlements, subledger research and resolution, balance sheet reconciliations, margin analysis, and store support. Ensure duties are performed timely and accurately, workflows are optimized and communicated effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of responsibilities. Uphold performance standards, foster a culture of excellence and accountability, and promote growth and development within the greater finance team.
  • Champion Clarity, Consistency, and Accuracy: Partner with Accounting Leadership to ensure functional duties are well-documented, communicated effectively, and executed on consistently and accurately.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with field operation team members and leaders to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy and alignment. Communicate effectively regarding operational accounting matters and provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the automation, efficiency, and accuracy of accounting processes. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in commission accounting.
  • Accounting Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures that adapt to changing requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Lead efforts to ensure a positive customer experience and foster long-term relationships.


What You Will Need:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in accounting, finance, or related areas.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 10%.
