The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position in US - Chicago can be found in the JOB INFO section below This role is also eligible for S&C's annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria. Join Our Team as a Welder! Are you passionate about welding? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our welding function. As a welder you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. In this job, you will be expected to perform ordinary welding following standard welding methods and procedures. The work includes MIG and TIG welding on a variety of steel types, gauges, and sizes ranging from a few inches to several feet across. You will be expected to set up the various welding equipment, such as MIG and TIG power supply, and to select the proper settings for a variety of different welding applications. Must have a thorough knowledge of welding aluminum, steel and cooper as well as brazing brass. Layout of piece parts from prints, drawings and verbal instructions is also required. You will be working in a production environment where all jobs have a measured standard production rate and you will be held accountable for the quality of your work. Key Responsibilities:
