- Incentives Accounting Processes: Oversee essential accounting processes for our robust and complex commissions and bonus program, including payout calculation, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of assigned responsibilities. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability, and promote growth and development within the finance team.
- Commission & Incentive Calculations and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely calculation of commissions and bonus incentives for all eligible employees. Prepare and review reports, optimize workflow approval, and address any discrepancies.
- Automation Champion: Utilize SAP Hana Commissions Software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Champion Clarity, Consistency, and Accuracy: Partner with Leadership and Human Resources to ensure all compensation plans are well-documented and communicated effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with various departments including Sales, Finance, Payroll, and Human Resources to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding commission-related matters.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation, efficiency, and accuracy of commission accounting processes.
- Accounting Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures that adapt to changing requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to commission and incentive accounting promptly and professionally.
What You Will Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, finance, or related areas.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in commission calculation software is a plus.
