Job Title: Associate Accounting Assistant - Internship

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with accounting tasks: This may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly close, and running financial reports.
* Analyzing and generating reports: Assist in preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports.
* Entering data: Enter information into the company's financial accounting system.
* Preparing statements: Prepare statements and take notes during meetings.
* Assisting with audits: Assist with audits and other special projects.
* Developing and implementing policies: Help develop and implement policies and procedures for financial management, payroll, and budget control.
* Reconciling accounts: Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
* Preparing presentations: Prepare PowerPoint presentations to convince decision-makers of a suggested course of action.

Experience and Skills:

* Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field of study
* Strong mathematical aptitude
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Aptitude for ChatGPT/AI
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines
