The RCM Operations Program Director provides strategic direction and analytically-driven recommendations to various revenue cycle functions to ensure premier revenue cycle operations. This individual will need to be an entrepreneur of their area of ownership, proactively identifying areas for growth and helping to execute the solutions. The role requires individuals to seek out industry best practices and bring those recommendations to key stakeholders for approval. The individual will act as an agent of change in support of complex Revenue Cycle initiatives. This position provides expertise as it relates to billing and patient financial processes, while ensuring compliance with organizational, federal, state & third-party requirements. The position requires extensive knowledge of Epic and other Revenue Cycle IT systems and how to best utilize the functionality and features.

Hours:

Full time (40 hours)

Day Shift, Weekdays

Location: Remote

Our organization is registered for remote work in the following states: MD, VA, DC, FL, PA, and DE. To be considered for a remote or hybrid position, relocation is required to one of the registered states if not currently residing in one.

Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or healthcare.
  • HFMA Certifications preferred
  • 1+ active Epic Proficiencies or Certifications, specifically in Revenue Cycle applications.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle operations or related field. This can be substituted for a minimum five years of working for Epic and/or a top tier consulting firm.
  • Minimum five to seven years of progressive management experience, which can include leading and building a team or management of a team.

Salary Range: Minimum 62.90 per visit - Maximum 110.10 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
