Program Manager

Project duration: 24 months

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Program Director in managing the implementation of Workday ERP and the upgrade of Kronos/UKG systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day coordination, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are on track, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Master's Degree (Preferred)

Minimum Work Experience
Seven (7) to Ten (10) plus years of project management, product design, or related experience. (Required)

Required Skills/Knowledge
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in an area of specialization.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Required Licenses and Certifications
Project Management Professional (Preferred)

Functional Accountabilities

• Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.

• Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
