Complete due diligence checklists & coordinate due diligence information processes. Communicate & interact with deal team members, incl. those in int'l regions. Reqs: Bach degree or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Preparing financial analysis for companies in Latin America region, incl. detailed valuation analysis, LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion & dilution, M&A transaction pro forma analysis, comparative company analysis, & sum of the parts analysis; Conducting due diligence & preparing materials for clients in connection with M&A transactions; Alternatively, emp will accept Bach degree & 5 years of exp. 25% domestic & int'l travel, as nec.
