The Desktop Support Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems within the Metropolitan Government. This position involves providing technical assistance to end-users, maintaining hardware components, and resolving IT-related issues. Responsibilities Include: -End User Support -Hardware Maintenance -Logistical Support *Skills* Desktop, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Technical support, Hardware, Support, Active directory, Windows, Office 365 *Top Skills Details* Desktop,Windows 10,Troubleshooting,Customer service,Technical support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: * 3+ years' experience supporting Windows 10 operating systems. * 3+ years' experience supporting and configuring computer hardware/software. * 3+ years' experience working in a technical customer service environment. * 3+ years' experience working with a ticket tracking system (e.g. Microsoft SCSM, ServiceNow, Cherwell, etc.). *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
