Tek Systems is looking to hire a Client Scheduling Coordinator in Readington Township, NJ! Benefits of this Role: * Hybrid Schedule * In-Office: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday * Remote: Tuesday, Friday * Weekend work is an option depending on workload and would be overtime A Day in the Role: * Acting as the point of contact for the client throughout the home assessment scheduling process * Making a high volume of outbound contacts calls/emails to secure appointments * Maintaining an appointment-setting process that accommodates the needs of both clients and business partners * Providing trends, availability issues, and scheduling concerns in a timely manner to leadership monthly * Communicating clearly and in a professional manner with all internal and external business partners Requirements: * 1-2 years Customer Service experience * Effective, strong, and service-focused communication skills, both verbal and written * Outlook - must be able to manage multiple calendars for scheduling of appointments * Excel - Pivot tables, data entry experience needed * Associate Degree or equivalent * Ability to work independently to complete assignments in a timely manner * Excellent communication skills Work Environment * Office environment * Hours: Likely to be 9:00am to 5:30pm CT or 9:30am to 6:00pm CT, with flexibility to work overtime on weekends (Must be available between the hours of 7am-7pm CT) * Initial training is 9:00am to 5:30pm CT, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling after training * Attire: Business casual Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.50 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
