Our mission at Industrial Flow North America is to be the best solution provider for our customers across all markets, and to achieve this mission, we are hiring a Product Manager to strategically expand the Varisco gear pumps. As a Product Manager, you will utilize your expert gear pump and industry knowledge to lead the planning, development, and launch of the Varisco brand across the United States. Additionally, you will:




  • Lead the development and execution of the annual business and marketing plan, including the pricing strategy.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Varisco products, technically, and applications.
  • Work closely with the manufacturer to share product development feedback, market and channel needs.
  • Manage all quotation functions: sizing, selection, pricing; creating and issuing the quotation document.
  • Maintain regular contact with the Sales Organization, keeping them up to date on new announcements, providing support materials and emphasizing key areas of focus to support sales objectives.
  • Manage production of all sales support materials, advertising, and promotion plans for assigned segment/product lines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEM customer counterparts and participate in product planning meetings with OEM customers.
  • Manage the development and analysis of market surveys to discover concerns, opportunities, and to define improvement needs.
  • Create training curriculum for new employees and the sales team.



You will have the following education and experience:




  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of internal gear pump technology
  • Minimum of 5 years industrial sales, marketing, or related background in industrial B to B market and/or capital equipment.
  • Experience presenting technical information to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
