Job Description:

Responsible for the accurate recording of patient diets in patient Kardex and the updating of changes as necessary to
ensure quality service to patient for optimum health


Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write and communicate in
the English language

*Experience Previous experience preferred. Knowledge of proper food handling and storage required.

*Technical Skills Knowledge of computer operations preferred.

*License/Certification: Food Handler Safety Training Card.

*Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service
appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department. Ability to work
and cooperate with members of hospital staff.
