Job Description: Responsible for the accurate recording of patient diets in patient Kardex and the updating of changes as necessary to Qualifications *High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write and communicate in *Experience Previous experience preferred. Knowledge of proper food handling and storage required. *Technical Skills Knowledge of computer operations preferred. *License/Certification: Food Handler Safety Training Card. *Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service |
