We are seeking a candidate with extensive knowledge of Apple products and experience in managing and supporting Apple devices and systems within a school environment. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive knowledge of Google Suite and Chromebooks. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and supporting Google Suite applications and Chromebook devices. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred. * A+ certification preferred. * A minimum of three (3) years of previous help desk or similar technology experience, required. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required. * Strong PC and Mac troubleshooting skills required. * Experience repairing technology including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices required. * Experience supporting Windows and Mac OS required. * Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite required. * Knowledge of or experience with educational software and programs preferred. * Experience with Windows Deployment Service for imaging and deploying computers preferred. * Ability to serve as a subject matter expert for the support team on supported applications and hardware required. * Must be self-motivated and team oriented. * Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities. * Must demonstrate professionalism while working with all levels of support contacts. Job Goal: To manage and implement technology initiatives in support of all programs; provide advanced customer support for services and hardware including desktops, laptops, and other devices. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
