Our client is seeking a *Bilingual Associate Human Resources* professional to join their team in Tampa, FL and Deerfield, IL. This hybrid role offers a chance to support employees across HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
*Details:* * *Location:* Tampa, FL or Deerfield, IL(Hybrid, local candidates only) * *Pay Rate:* $23.00 - $25.00/hour * *Shift:* 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST * *Key Perks:* * Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options * Paid Time Off (PTO) and wellness support * Career development and HR mentorship *Responsibilities:* * Address employee HR inquiries via phone, email, and self-service cases. * Handle confidential information for staff at all levels. * Provide guidance on Workday navigation, payroll, and HR topics. * Perform HR transactions and identify process improvements. * Meet service level agreements and key performance metrics. *Qualifications:* * Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal). * 2+ years in HR, or payroll. * Experience with HR platforms (Workday preferred) and ServiceNow. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Bachelor's degree *OR *Associate's with 4 years of experience *OR *High school diploma with 6 years of experience. *Additional Requirements:* * 7 years Background check and drug screening. * Local candidates only. *Next Steps:* Submit your resume today for consideration!
