OverviewMicrosoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO+I, the Core Datacenter Services (CDS) team is responsible for the development and implementation of global strategies across our Datacenters (DCs). As a Senior Business Program Manager - Datacenter Efficiency, you will be responsible for managing initiatives launched to our DC Ops Field. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on a portfolio of projects, including the project plan, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for programs with the goal to maximize efficiency and optimization in our Datacenters (DCs). We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Program Manager - Datacenter Efficiency to join our dynamic team. The candidate will have a proven track record in managing programs in a complex environment. As a Senior Business Program Manager - Datacenter Efficiency, you will play a key role in executing on plans that will impact our multi-year priorities in the team. ResponsibilitiesBusiness Program Excellence and ExecutionMaintain the rhythm of business (ROB) during plan execution to ensure participants and stakeholders are communicating and responding according to the necessary cadence.Independently work across teams to ensure all program requirements are understood and can be met.Business Program ManagementCommunicates the program status to relevant stakeholders and hold them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans and processes, with minimal guidance.Help develop processes around scope and scheduled changes for programs, and communicate to stakeholdersBusiness Program Planning and DesignSupport and contribute to define and tracks the success criteria and performance metrics (Objectives and Key Results [OKRs]) for the projects being launched.Understands and identify current program risks, impact, and mitigation plans, in collaboration with others. | |
