NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the Manager, Mortgage Loan Servicing. The primary function of this position is to perform post-closing and other administrative tasks to support the mortgage loan servicing team. Involves frequent communication with members, vendors, and other positions within the department.

REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of mortgage/lending experience.
2. Demonstrated experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
3. Excellent problem solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and within deadlines, prioritizing workflow and managing a variety of projects in a fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
6. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Reviews loan documents post-closing, loan disbursements, records documents, and inputs loan information into internal system.
2. Performs new loan file audits post-closing and exports documents to/from applicable mortgage software programs.
3. Responsible for insurance tracking, researching unidentified insurance, force placing coverage when necessary, premium remittance for escrowed loans, completing escrow analysis, and working various insurance reports from insurance tracking vendor.
4. Reviews title policies, files the policies and documents completion in the loan origination system, and researches exceptions found on the policies.
5. Generates payoff statements and post payoff checks and prepares mortgage satisfactions on paid files.
6. Assists with member and associate requests.
7. May be asked to assist with training new co-workers as needed.
8. Maintains loan vault, including filing.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
