We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join us as an AV Technician in Houston, TX. Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As an AV Technician, you will perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and report to the Project Manager/Account Manager. You'll manage onsite technicians and assist with overall project needs, while providing daily updates and addressing any performance issues. Additionally, you will conduct quality control checks, post-project walkthroughs with clients, and interact with both internal and external teams, including vendors. Your responsibilities will also include installing, rigging, and mounting AV equipment and devices, performing device deployment and setup on-site, as well as ensuring proper inventory management. You will test and calibrate AV systems to ensure optimal performance and manage project consumables and inventory.

Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in AV installation.
  • CTS-I and CTS-D certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience leading and supporting AV projects is preferred.
