Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a leading law firm based in Monroe, LA, and we are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. (Depending on experience) Schedule: 8am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm, must be flexible on the hours needed to work. Requirements: Must have at least one year of experience with creating web ads, must have portfolio. Strong computer skills including creative suite or similar. Key Responsibilities: Ad Creation: Design, develop, and implement digital ads tailored for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute ad campaigns aligned with brand goals and target audience preferences. Video Production: Oversee the development of short-form video content, from scripting and storyboarding to editing and final output. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions) to optimize campaigns for better results. Platform Expertise: Stay updated on best practices, ad formats, and algorithm changes across all relevant platforms. Audience Targeting: Leverage advanced targeting tools to ensure ads reach the right audience segments. A/B Testing: Conduct split tests on ad creatives and strategies to identify what drives the best ROI.
