Sr Principal, Business Process Analyst (NPD/NPI/PLM)
Overview Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these. As a Sr Principal, Business Process Analyst (NPD/NPI/PLM), you will be responsible for delivering ground-breaking improvements in our New Product Development, New Product Introduction, and Product Lifecycle Management capabilities. This will require you to understand our current state, define a future-state vision, and work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to deliver the change. The desired business outcomes include accelerating innovation by improving efficiency and effectiveness of teams engaged in NPD/NPI/PLM activities. Success will require close collaboration with team members across multiple Business Units, and the ability to influence changes in a global organization. This position is ideally suited for a self-starter that is comfortable in a dynamic environment, with experience in conceptual and analytical problem solving related to strategy, organizational design, roles, processes, technology, and metrics. Collaborate with leaders and functional SMEs to develop an understanding of current state, define a future state vision, and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
