Apply today to be part of the excitement! Job Description Allied Universal Event Services, is looking to hire a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team, supporting the Western Region. This position plays a key role in enhancing employee relations, ensuring workplace compliance, managing HR training programs, and conducting workplace investigations. This position is considered hybrid-remote and may at times require overnight travel (10-15%). The salary range is $70,000 to $77,000 plus auto allowance of $195/per pay period. Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Investigations: Investigate, document, and respond to employee complaints, including potential legal issues and EEOC charges, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
