JOB SUMMARY The Flight Maintenance Manager is responsible for the operation and supervision of the Certified Repair Station and Flight Maintenance Department. This position ensures that the University's aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition. This position is also responsible for the investigation to determine cause of discrepancies found in the quality of workmanship, procedures, materials, and any abnormal deficiencies found in aircraft maintained by the repair station. Salary/Benefits: $82,240-102,800 (salary commensurate with experience)plus benefits including vacation and sick leave, health/dental/vision/lifeinsurance, 403B retirement savings plan and match, tuition remission, employee assistance program,and wellness program.
