Member Experience Intern - Summer 2025

During the Program you will interact with and get exposure to multiple departments and leaders throughout the Credit Union. We are seeking students that are interested in a Summer 2025 internship supporting the Member (customer) Experience team. The Member Experience Intern will report to the Member Experience Manager and will assist with

• Monitoring internal group chats and verifying if the questions being asked between CCU departments have content available in our online knowledge management system.
• Supporting the development of surveys sent to credit union members. Document survey data requirements. Update sampling of the survey program to prepare for a project in 2026.
• Documenting training for updated user roles in the online survey system.
• Analyzing and rolling out of a survey program for 2026 after completing a pilot of it.

Requirements for the Member Experience internship

• Currently attending an accredited college or university
• Rising juniors and seniors working toward a bachelor's degree in Data or Business Analytics. Rising sophomores may be considered.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to work 32 hours per week for the summer (generally 8:00-5:00 Monday-Thursday) for the duration of the 12-week program (5/27/2025 - 8/14/2025). The schedule will involve onsite days based in Lake Forest, IL. Local candidates only.
• Basic familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite including email, calendaring, and instant messaging.
• Data analysis and statistics coursework.
• Experience with data programming tools such as SQL or Power BI.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently after receiving work direction.

Compensation and Benefits

Budgeted amount for starting hourly rate: $19.50

The internship is a seasonal part time position and is not eligible for most benefits.
