Hybrid Sales Support Specialist Hybrid schedule with 3 days in office after training! Standard Hours - Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00 PM * * A day in the role... * Maintain organized files for quotations, purchase orders, sales order acknowledgments, and other records. * Process customer data for new account setup and updates. * Assist with scheduling deliveries and customer pickups. * Support administrative tasks such as creating invoices, sales receipts, and reports. * Provide backup support to team members in customer service, training, and field service administration. * Answer phone calls, take detailed messages, and ensure timely communication with the appropriate team members. * Handle payment transactions, including processing credit card payments and generating sales receipts Necessary Skills and Strengths: Inside Sales, Order Entry, Costpoint Core Experience: * Inside Sales or customer service experience * ERP - Costpoint experience preferred * Government sales experience a preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Norfolk,VA.
