Job Description: Provides accreditation, certification, and regulatory program leadership and oversight at the business unit level. Partners with site or service line teams to operationalize accreditation, certification, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and incorporate high-reliability principles and tools into these efforts. Actively leads the development, implementation and evaluation of site/clinical service line accreditation, certification, and regulatory initiatives. Leads data analysis, gap assessments, and presentations related to priority accreditation, certification, and regulatory standards, as well as processes and projects at the site level. Supports system Physician and Clinical and Operational Leaders to mobilize teams to improve compliance with accreditation, certification, and regulatory standards to optimize patient outcomes.

Pay Range Pay Range: $43.65 to $60.40 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
