Staffmark is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Houston, TX, to join a dynamic and collaborative team. We have partnered with a leading distributor of Carbon and Stainless Pipe, Fittings, and Flanges, and we invite you to apply today!

1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, weekends as needed

Pay: $16-$18 per hour (Depending on experience)

Essential Functions:



  • Utilize and maintain measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, height gages, and NPT threaded gages daily.
  • Conduct daily inspections of inbound and outbound materials.
  • Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products.
  • Implement and enhance quality control operating procedures.
  • Participate in routine visual inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Enter data into reports accurately.

Requirements: 2+ years of related experience involving pipe threading and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
