Field Logistics Specialist Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. The OSC Specialist is an on-site member of the Logistics Team in a District Sales Office. This person will provide logistical support to the Sales Reps as well as excellent customer service to the hospital staff that will differentiate Smith & Nephew from their competitors. The OSC Specialist will focus on product delivery, re-stocking and maintaining inventory levels, and re-setting instruments Pre and post-surgery.Will acquire a good working knowledge of company products, operating systems and procedures is critical. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
