As the Human Resources Project Manager your contributions will support employee growth and effectiveness. You will work in partnership with a wide variety of internal stakeholders on projects mainly aligned to employee and leadership development, mergers & acquisitions, and other significant organizational initiatives.



Your Impact

    Oversee the execution of training programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all components of any learning events run smoothly by collaborating with all parties involved, such as the HR Ops and Admin team, Instructional Designers, L&D partners, IT, the M&A team, other Project Managers, and business leaders, etc.
  • Oversee the logistical aspects of training delivery, such as setting up training environments and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with L&D Leadership.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.
  • Keep a current calendar of learning events and team schedules.
  • Collect and review feedback on learning events and processes from learners and leaders. Consistently look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Activate a continuous improvement process that leverages participant feedback, training analytics, and changing organizational needs to recommend program enhancements in collaboration with L&D Leadership.
  • Prepare and analyze reports for management on the impact and ROI of training programs.
  • Effectively manage and navigate conversations with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, maintaining relationships, and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Present information and timeline for learning experiences to business leaders and influence them to support learning across their teams.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with Hanger's learning standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the larger HR team and others as needed to improve processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Five (5) years of related experience managing projects or initiatives.
