Staffmark has an exciting part-time opportunity in Portland, OR. Join a team that will have your back this new year and earn some extra cash as an Export Administrative Specialist. If you're detail-oriented, have experience with Outlook and Excel, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, this temp-to-hire position may be the perfect fit for you!

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 12 PM | $20 per hour

Requirements | 1+ years of administrative experience & proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities:



  • Track and manage documents from carriers.
  • Handle billing tasks and update shipping schedules.
  • Monitor cargo in transit and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, greeting visitors, and maintaining an organized workspace.
