We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Accounting Operations Manager to lead the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining compliance, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance. * Monitor and manage cash flow by overseeing payment cycles and collection activities. * Reconcile AP and AR accounts and prepare regular reports on key metrics. * Lead and mentor the AP and AR teams, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment. * Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. * Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements. * Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation and system upgrades, to enhance operational performance. * Collaborate with external vendors and clients to maintain strong relationships and resolve disputes. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * 5 years of experience in accounting operations, with a focus on AP and AR management. * Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in AP and AR processes.
