Summary:

The Office Clerk performs a variety of administrative functions in the Seattle office in support of Trident Harvesting LLC. This is a part-time, hourly position, estimated at 15 - 20 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with administrative duties of Trident Harvesting LLC including updating records of membership contact information, signing on new, or removing previous members from the LLC.
  • Scheduling of annual membership meetings with LLC members, Trident Benefits Department, and fleet management as required by the LLC's operating agreement.
  • Ability to work with LLC members to collect Certificates of Insurance and other required information to keep membership valid.
  • Maintains ongoing contact with fishermen, employees, and fleet managers to coordinate life-events that may impact fishermen's membership or the change in member's eligibility ongoing.
  • Assists with the distribution of K1's and other required tax documents between Trident and LLC members.
  • Act as a point of contact for any fleet-related questions or concerns that may arise throughout the term of membership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Acquires knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
  • Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

This position only guarantees 15 hours per month.

This is a nonexempt position with an hourly rate of $35 to $35.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and use appropriate software applications which includes but is not limited to Excel, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
