SUMMARY

This position assesses needs, creates, implements, and evaluates high-impact learning strategies and programs to develop skills, capabilities, values, behaviors, and mindsets that engage and retain Front Porch employees and align with and accelerate the achievement of Front Porch strategic business objectives of Culture, Leadership Performance and Growth. NOTE: Based on their impact with Front Porch employees, these strategies and programs may be made available to Community residents and other stakeholders, including family members, after a thorough vetting process is undertaken.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The job duties listed are essential functions of the position. However, other duties may be assigned, and may also be considered essential functions of the position.

1. Oversee all aspects of learning and development across the organization aligned with the strategic business goals.

2. Identify learning and development needs in consultation with learners, business unit leaders and executives.

3. Build and foster a humanistic learning and development culture that encourages the purpose, growth and development of each individual.

4. Build and maintain a robust and multifaceted learning platform and program that allows for personalized content deployed via a wide range of learning experiences (in-person, virtual and connected classrooms, etc.), supported by a variety of mediums (text, audio, video and more), technologies (AI, e-learning, virtual reality, Learning Management System (LMS), etc.) and approaches such as Subject Matter Experts (SME), peer-led teaching/coaching, gamification, simulations and opportunities to apply skills.

5. Curate and co-create content and curriculum plans developed in collaboration with organization's SMEs as well as external resources and partners including learning strategists, experience designers, content creators, etc.

6. Monitor, evaluate and adjust learning programs and inventory for efficacy, impact, learner satisfaction and high engagement. Gauge strategic achievement by analyzing data obtained through participant feedback, assessment results and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the impact of learning initiatives. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement based on how learning is contributing to Front Porch employee's growth and development.

7. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, accomplishments, and areas for growth to senior leadership and stakeholders.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with Front Porch leaders, national, state and local peer organizations, and schools to understand their needs and Front Porch opportunities.

9. Oversee the administration of LMS, including user management and support, training plans, content uploading, reporting

10. Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in learning and development.

11. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Education, or Business Administration OR Two years of College plus Two years of related work experience or Four years of related work experience

8 years related experience, preferably in Organizational Learning & Development leaderships roles supporting scalable systems as well as building and implementing leadership and management development curriculum. Prior Experience in training and development.

Preferred:

Master's Degree Organizational Development, Education, or Business Administration

3 years prior experience in instructional design.
