Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Alpharetta, GA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks and performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
  • Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
  • Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
  • Highly developed support individual contributor.
  • Works autonomously.
  • May act as a mentor to lower-level peers and guide tasks.
  • Makes recommendations for solutions.
  • Works on assignments needing judgment and initiative.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information needing explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Uses knowledge and experience to resolve issues.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which impacts the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Work is of larger scope, typically on less structured task-related activities needing judgment.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $43.26/hr.

Hours: 9/80 schedule - 1st Shift.

Length: Temp to Direct (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of computer operating experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem Solving.
  • Teamwork.
  • Heavy background in electrical testing and debugging.
  • Good attention to detail.
