Designs, codes or configures, tests, debugs, deploys, and maintains programs using software development tools, programming languages, testing applications and other tools; Gathers business requirements and translates them into technical specifications and validates that proposed applications align with architectural design; Troubleshoots and analyzes issues and implements software enhancements and patches. Requires Bachelor'sor foreign equivalentinComputer Science, Computer Engineering, or related,plus60monthsof experience as anApplication Developer, Software Engineer, or related. Willalsoaccepta Master'sand2 yearsof experience.Above experience must include: 1) two years: a) Developing applications in the health care industry under SAFe Agile using .NET Framework/Core, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL, Salesforce APEX, Lightning Components and SOQL; b) Working in all phases of SDLC and STLC of Enterprise, Web, and client-server applications; and c) Utilizing Dynatrace, Bitbucket, and JIRA; and 2) one year developing chatbots/recommendation engine using AI/ML.
