Summary:

The SAP Business Analyst for Procure to Pay (PTP) will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of SAP Procure to Pay process. This position will work closely with the SAP Lead to provide oversight for the design, implementation, and support of all aspects of the PTP areas working with the systems integrators and offshore resources. This role will leverage their knowledge of both configuration and business process in the PTP space and collaborate closely with other business partners. This hybrid position will be a combination of remote and onsite at the Trident Support Center office in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Our hybrid work environment includes remote work on Monday and Friday and in-office in the Support Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

  • Performs hands on Procure-to-Pay (FI-AP and purchasing/sourcing) SAP configuration changes that may have multi-module points of integration
  • Collaborates and works with onshore and offshore teams or other contractors on continuous improvements and other business initiatives
  • Develops the formulation and handles the implementation of end to end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) business process scope and objectives for the SAP S/4 HANA
  • Designs, supports, and troubleshoots complex interfaces/EDI transactions that use IDocs, text files, and XML files
  • Supports the business and the SAP COE leads to drive new solution evaluations and tools
  • Provides second-level user support, as well as drive improved user productivity through development and implementation of improved business process and technology solutions
  • Develops and executes cross-system test plans and detailed test cases
  • Analyzes and evaluates existing and proposed solutions and recommends modifications to processes and procedures for solving business problems; facilitate interactive sessions with business partners to elicit requirements, design, and functional specifications
  • Ensures integration within SAP and other technologies/systems and modules
  • Partners with other technology and business resources to provide solutions consistent with corporate strategic (technology) direction.

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $120,000to $150,000.

Minimum Requirements

Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)

  • A minimum of 5 yearsworking with SAP ERP with at least 1 full implementation experience in SAP driving Procure to Pay solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, business, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid understanding and experience of SAP technical solutions and cross functional modules
  • Hands on experience with SAP S/4 HANA
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts with both technical and functional teams.
  • IT Service Management and ITIL knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to train and increase system adoption
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of application software tools, including presentation, spreadsheet, project management and word processing applications (e.g., Microsoft applications)
  • Ability to work long and odd hours and support different global time zones

Preferred education and experience

  • Additional SAP experience in SAP Supply Chain Management, Plant Maintenance and other SRM (Ariba, Coupa) related functionality
  • Work effectively on a diversified team as well as independently, in pressure situations, with composure and tact
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A customer-focused, service attitude, working with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.

Work environment (includes travel/on-call):

This hybrid position will be a combination of remote and onsite at the Trident Support Center office in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Our hybrid work environment includes remote work on Monday and Friday and in-office in the Support Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.
