Job Summary

We are seeking individuals to join our existing Corporate Concierge team in the newly developed and enhanced role of Experience Coordinator. Experience Coordinators will be the lifeline of the modern campus environment work-place, keeping tabs on the office space and the associates - with the ultimate objective of enhancing the workplace experience through community building and connectivity.
Experience Coordinators will also be key players in connecting all of the supporting services (i.e. facilities, IT, catering and conferencing, matron services etc.) to anticipate and facilitate associate needs

JOB DETAILS
Customer Service & Relationship Management
Champion client tailored customer service program
Emanate genuine customer service in all functions
Work closely with all other hospitality services in their buildings (i.e. traditional Concierge services, food and beverage services, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors who can contribute to intentionally creating unique employee experiences (i.e. through events)
Utilize strong relationship management skills to research industry trends and source new local vendors
Liaise with all supporting departments in order to provide a seamless workplace experience in a campus environment, while trying to optimize usage of all communal spaces

Event Management
Have direct oversight of on-site destination amenities (i.e. games rooms) and where applicable, manage the reservation of those spaces
Lead event coordination of small and large-scale events for the campus, or community
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and event trends
Create core event concepts that align with client values and initiatives. I.e.:
Networking events
Charity events
Social events
Appreciation events
Healthy living events
Mentoring / motivations sessions
Manage event budgets

Communication
Coordinate and manage campus-wide communications via client mobile app, intranet site, digital screens, and analog content boards
Create presentations for new community building proposals
Partner with client's Arts & Archival team to develop a rotating art schedule through the space
Provide monthly reporting on insights and colleague feedback
Create and coordinate distribution of campus-wide surveys
Liaise with the appropriate parties to assist with troubleshooting technology in any destination amenity
Manage board games in games rooms (i.e. check-in/check-out process), including the purchase and replenishment of games/materials etc.
Coordinate group tours of amenities spaces for newly hired employees
Perform ad-hoc activities or additional tasks

Long Description

Premises Management
Act as a main contact for base building security for events etc.
Provide utilization insights
Coordinate unique access request for visitors
Support with access management in destination amenities
Submit Facilities Management tickets, as required for designated spaces
Complete daily inspections of destination amenities (i.e. Social Lounge)
Coordinate group tours of amenities spaces on a regular occurrence for newly hired associates

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in client relationship management
Previous experience in event planning and execution
Strong financial acumen
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Self-motivated
Self-sufficient, resourceful and ability to excel in self-op setting
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Excellent logistical and coordination skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with event booking software(s)
Previous experience working in corporate office settings
