AI Business Analyst

SUMMARY

The Kraft Group is seeking an AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge AI solutions. The AI Business Analyst will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and utilize business acumen to understand the business' strategic goals, to identify, evaluate, and implement AI initiatives that align with strategic objectives and drive tangible value, across an array of industries within The Kraft Group.

This dynamic role requires a combination of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication skills, acting as the liaison between business units and technical teams to translate complex business challenges and recommend actionable AI strategies and solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Collaboration:
   
   
   
   • Partner with business leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
   • Determine feasibility of AI projects and recommend project prioritization that align AI initiatives to strategic organizational goals.
   
   
   
   
2. Business Analysis:
   
   
   
   • Analyze business processes and workflows, interpreting complex data sets to identify areas where AI can deliver measurable improvements.
   • Understand, document, and translate business requirements into detailed project specifications.
   
   
   
   
3. AI Solutions Development:
   
   
   
   • Collaborate with technical teams to define, design, and implement AI-powered solutions, meeting business needs during design and build implementation sprints.
   • Actively participate in the functional and user interface (UI) design, developing proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility, adoptability and value of proposed AI initiatives.
   
   
   
   
4. Stakeholder Communication:
   
   
   
   • Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
   • Present findings, recommendations, insights and project updates to non-technical audiences through workshops and working sessions to elicit requirements and understand business processes.
   
   
   
   
5. Project Management:
   
   
   
   • Oversee the lifecycle of AI projects and delivery on time, in scope, and aligned to business objectives.
   • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI solutions; make recommendations for continuous improvement.
   • Collaborate with project scrum team; communicate client priorities, understand project scope, inform solution design and assist with troubleshooting.
   
   
   
   
6. Industry Research:
   
   
   
   • Support the team by remaining current with trends, tools, and best practices in AI; recommend innovative applications that directly support Kraft Group business needs.
   • Support the evaluation of third-party AI enabled technology and application vendors, platforms, and solutions to identify partnerships that can accelerate AI adoption and value creation.
   
   
   
   

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar, preferably with focus on AI, data analytics, or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading or supporting full life cycle of AI or machine learning projects
• Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency and experience participating in the implementation of workforce automation and / or intelligent worker augmentation solution capabilities
• Knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement Methodologies & Tools, Fault Tree Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Regression Analysis, Design of Experiments and Process Mapping with Swimlane Analysis
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, or SQL) is a plus.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Highly collaborative and adept at building relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
• Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
• Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
• Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
