Maintenance Technician

• 10 PM - 7 AM (Rotating Schedule)
• Pay: $28 - $34 per hour

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair or adjust any equipment used by the company.
• Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood to support the company's needs.
• Monitor and service plant support equipment such as boilers, air compressors, and water processing systems.
• Assist with the layout and purchase of new capital assets.
• Respond to plant security and safety system needs.
• Order parts and accessories.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing role.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic hand tool skills and mechanical aptitude.
• High level of mechanical aptitude (motors, gears, bearings, etc.) preferred.
