What You Will Learn:

As a PPD Education Manager, you'll gain invaluable experience in the operational heart of our artist programs within L'Oreal's PPD division. You'll be responsible for the accuracy and distribution of artist rosters, managing budgets and contract approvals across multiple brands, serve as a key contact to our contingent labor and payments processing partners, and support crucial aspects of artist relations. Additionally, you will gain valuable insights into Retail Brand Education by supporting the Brands with managing priority projects, you will be responsible for the deployment of assigned key initiatives and reporting program insights to stakeholders. This role offers a strong foundation for future growth within the education or operations side of the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Brand Management
* Supports on the execution of strategic priority projects for the PPD Retail Brands ensuring elevated support is provided to key partners from Omni Education.

* Travel and Expense (TnE) Approvals for PPD Brands:
* Manage the approval process for artist travel and expenses related to salon and store classes.
* Ensure alignment with company policies and timely processing of all requests.

* Collaborate with Brand EEMs:
* Partner with PPD Brand EEMs (Education Experience Managers) to guarantee the accurate application of each brand's TnE guidelines.
* Collaborate to respect individual brand budgets and prevent overspending.

* Proactively Manage Budgets:

* Actively monitor artist-related expenses, identifying potential budget issues or opportunities for savings.
* Communicate findings and potential issues promptly to the relevant Brand EEMs.

* Brand Administrative Support
* Collaborates with Brand Training teams to ensure accurate artist profiles in Salesforce and communicates required timelines of when updated roster are distributed.
* Manage communications with Brand Training teams specific to pending artist contract and payment.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
* 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
