*PAY:* $27/hour *HOURS:* Monday to Friday Business hours (NO WEEKENDS) *HYBRID: *4 days remote/1 day onsite *REQUIREMENTS:* 3+ years technical support experience in software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms *JOB DESCRIPTION: *Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software. Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions. Assist customers through multiple communication channels #prioritywest *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
