Evanston, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Temp Center CTD Temporary Summer Program Coordinator Assistant (SPCA) CTD Academic Summer Camp at Northwestern University The Summer Program Coordinator Assistant (SPCA) provides administrative support to the Summer Program Coordinator (SPC) and CTD administrative staff. Tasks include but are not limited to staffing the Summer Program Coordinator office; word processing; data collection and entry; hiring and onboarding paperwork management; staff, student, and family communication; managing student airport arrival and departure; and other clerical and administrative tasks. The SPCA works full-time, Monday through Friday, and on select Sundays. Employment Dates and Compensation Full-time work: April 21 - August 8, 2025 Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; required one-hour unpaid break; additional hours and days required for Opening Days (Sunday 6/29 and Sunday 7/20) and Closing Days (Friday 7/18 and Friday 8/8) Compensation: $19 per hour; 37.5 hours per week maximum Qualifications
