Responsibilities:
Works closely with brokers to communicate thoughtful viable solutions to complex client driven requirements. Work with appropriate contact to maintain intranet/extranet sites for client and property purposes. Support the team in utilizing Outlook and other data entry and maintenance for the purposes of client relationship development. Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits, utilizing effective work planning capabilities Assist with the preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits Manage the due diligence and closing process for complex financing transactions Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models Read and review real estate documents (i.e. leases, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial models Assist with preparation of client deliverables and presentations which influence and provide impact for the client Produce market surveys, lease abstracts and packages if needed Organize historical client contact/activity Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Real Estate with excellent academic credentials Entry level to 3 years of work experience in Commercial Real Estate Real Estate License preferred Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required Ability to perform complex financial analyses, including cash flow projections with complex lease and financing structures, and sensitivity analyses, a plus. Ability to read and review real estate documents (i.e. leases, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients, a plus. Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlines Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment Knowledge of appropriate software - e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. |
