The Account Director is accountable forEnsure a safe and productive work environment for all building occupants and stakeholders.Administer and manage Environment, Health & Safety activities in the Fabs with Hazardous Occupancy operations including: Hazardous Waste Regulations & Toxic Gas Ordinance

Delivery of exceptional Facility Management Services; operational, engineering, maintenance & projects
Administration and adherence to the Facility Management Contract Terms, Conditions and Scope of Work
Financial Management; Development/management of P&L and Operating Budget
Employ the highest ethical behavior and ensure the same across the Account team

The Account Director anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract and builds and manages financial plans, striving to exceed revenue and profitability. The Account Director creates and manages high performing teams which not only deliver operational excellence but keeps employees engaged and thriving, and in conjunction with the Work Dynamics leadership team, understands the firm's strategy and goals and can translate those into the business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
Delivery of Client Satisfaction

Ensure full and exceptional delivery of Contract Scope of Work
Recognize and drive opportunities for Account growth
Direct the Account team, and leverage experts within the broader Firm, to ensure exceptional results are delivered to the client, exceeding key performance indicators
Proactively solicit and respond to Client feedback
Establish and maintain effective and favorable relationships with customers and stakeholders and gain trusted advisor status

Build and Manage a High Performing and Diverse Team
Foster close and positive collaboration across the team to ensure compliance of all JLL and Prime Contract requirements (Terms & Conditions) and attain established goals and initiatives for the Account and the Firm. Foster a sense of inclusion across the team and foster a culture where all team members feel they have an opportunity to input and are heard
Ensure the best qualified candidate is hired for all roles
Thoroughly and critically assesses direct reports (and directs directs). Swiftly address performance issues
Build actionable and measurable career development plans. Establish and communicate clearly on Account and Client goals and objectives
Advance the firm's diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves, i.e., hiring, rotation and promotion
Provide point in time coaching to elevate performance

Achieve Financial Results
Develop and manage the Account P&L and Operating Budget
Establish and adhere to recurring financial forecasting exercises
Establish positive and close partnership with Financial team
Mitigate risk for the organization by:Ensuring full compliance with all Prime Contracts Terms & Conditions, and all government procurement and contracting requirements
Ensuring A/R is maintained below 60 days payable

Contribute to the Growth of the Company
Identify and implement best practices and innovations, expose the Client to the depth of JLL
Identify opportunities both on Account and within professional network to grow the business
Produce and present an annual Account Plan, key objectives; client satisfaction results; summary of value-add activities; and outlines growth/expansion opportunities to achieve.

Education
5+ Years experience in overseeing/managing operations, maintenance and projects and teams working in a semiconductor/microchip R&D environment
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Facility Management, Building Operations/Maintenance, Engineering, Semiconductor/Microchip R&D

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in leading Facility Management Services to a critical work environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and time management
Strong experience in (Microsoft office, Excel, Teams, Power Point, Work Orders, Building Automation, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Critical System Processes, Ultra-Pure Water)
Ability to execute against the vision and strategy
Measure the relevant data (financial, environmental, performance) and uses the data appropriately to reassess, adjust, expand or curtail
Uses rigor and logic to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Identifies issues before they become problems
Understand the fundamentals of the outsourcing business and the real estate industry
Knows how to navigate the organization to identify experts in our products and services
