Learn more about the Division of Development and Alumni Relations at raise.psu.edu and explore the success of our most recent campaign at greaterpennstate.psu.edu The Donor and Member Services (DMS) office within the Division of Development and Alumni Relations seeks to hire an Advancement Services Representative (Intermediate Support). The Advancement Services Representative strategically assists the office of Donor and Member Services within University Development (DDAR). The position is responsible for ensuring that University records accurately reflect the history of all pledges, charitable gifts, and memberships as well as the maintenance of all associated and relevant biographical information for each donor and member. Specific duties and responsibilities may include:
Attention to detail, problem solving skills, confidence and proficiency with a variety of software platforms, strong time management, and the ability to follow standard procedures are required. Positive attitudes and individuals who work well in a team environment are encouraged to apply. This position requires 2+ years related experience and a Associates Degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Due to the financial and fiduciary responsibilities of this position, successful completion of a credit history check will be required in addition to standard background checks. The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is: $38,300.00 - $55,500.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure. CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS: Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
