We're currently seeking dedicated and experienced Per Diem Staff Nurses to join our team on the Night Shift. What You'll Do: As a Staff Nurse at Jefferson Health, you will: Provide professional nursing care to a defined group of patients during a specified time period. Perform patient procedures within the full scope of nursing practice. Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses. Participate in the development and implementation of clinical pathways and coordinated care plans. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all care provided. Per Diem Commitment Requirements: Must be able to work 48 hours within a 6-week commitment period A minimum of 24 hours must be worked on a weekend (Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday) Holiday requirement: 1 holiday per season What We're Looking For: Active RN license issued by the state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association BSN preferred 3-5 years of recent experience in Medical/Surgical or Critical Care nursing is strongly preferred Must be available for night shift Why Jefferson?
