Job Details Responsible for overall clinical, administrative and fiscal operations of Adult and Child Crisis Response Centers. Member of the Einstein Behavioral Health Leadership team. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to both clinical and non-clinical staff of the program. Supervises programming services. Promotes the effective and efficient operation of the program, including, but not limited to, supervision of staff activity to ensure compliance with the DBH/IDS contract, and annual CRC specific competencies and trainings. Assists Medical Director in complying with AEHN QI requirements. Assists in completion of CRC budget process. This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) children, adolescents, and adults in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. Job Description Education/Training/Experience: Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology or related field (required). Must have at least five years clinical experience (required).
