Senior Project Manager Psychiatry Full Time 82905BR Job Summary Uses advanced operational concepts and objectives to resolve highly complex issues. Regularly works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Primarily deals with programs and proposals with broad impact across the function, research initiative, program and/or organization. Develops and oversees the implementation of new programs and processes.
The senior project manager will be expected to represent the VC/VP internally and externally and will be a key member of the department's senior staff leadership team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
The Senior Project Manager will exercise sound judgment in priority setting and possess advanced verbal and written communication skills. He/She/They will lead continuous process improvement efforts by analyzing internal tracking systems, records and processes to best utilize departmental resources and provide recommendations to leadership on ways to improve day-to-day operations. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $97,900 - $149,000 (Annual Rate).
