Research Assistant Professor - Part-Time

The Department of Bioengineering is seeking a Part-Time Research Assistant Professor (Appointment Stream) for the spring 2025 academic term. The main responsibility for this position is to be involved with research-based teaching within the undergraduate program. There may be some opportunities to be involved with independent as well as collaborative research in the areas of biomechanics, artificial intelligence, and medical device design. The position is responsible for teaching and advising students. There may be some grant writing and contributing to scientific advances in the field. Additionally, may assist in teaching and mentoring students both graduate and undergraduate.

Incumbent must have a PhD in a STEM field
