We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Technical Product Management II to join our Treasury Services team. This onsite/flex role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: * Product Development: Lead the product development for our online banking portal which includes requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. * Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Treasury Services Digital Product, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. * Customer/Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure that our digital products deliver superior value and user experience. * Innovation and Trends: Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in financial technology, particularly in the Treasury space, and leverage this knowledge to drive product innovation. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: * Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable. * 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. * Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, APIs and data analytics. * Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $81,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. |
